Your electrician checks the charge point, the cable and its connection to your electricity supply, and repairs the fault where possible. If a part or replacement is needed, they'll explain your options.
4. Test and charge
Once the fault is fixed, we test your charger and show you it's working. From then on, you're free to plug in and charge up.
